If am to forget all the list, I think I will never forget working from home because with it you will either encounter a continuity flow of income of discontinuity flow of income which in turn will affect you as a person.


With the coming of corona virus to Nigeria December 31,2019. The federal government declared a total lockdown in some states that share border to the neighboring countries. This in turn made some state governors declared lockdown in their respective states.


With the lockdown, one will agree with me that The country economy drastically went down. Why? because pubic and private sectors like government parastatal , schools both primary, secondary and tertiary institutions, churches, small scales and medium enterprises were closed.


This lead to alot of the people losing their salaries/incomes since the offline business can no longer operate. For example, private school teacher may not be paid further since schools have been closed. Come to think of it, who will pay you for the work you didn't worked for? You're only paid when you work.


In view of that, I know one will say the lockdown shouldn't be the only alternative to curtail the spread of the virus. However, I know you will believe with me that the virus spread more faster when in contact with group of people.


So in order to curtail the spread of the virus, social distancing serves as the main remedy to prevent the spread. With social distancing, the spread of the virus became minimal as compared to when the rules of social distancing was not imposed .


As the Nigeria saying goes"no matter how man must survive. " alot of these closed organizations provide a means to continue with their businesses or activities without violating laid down rules for social distancing . this bring about the need for working from home or online


With that, alot of organisations lessen the situation thereby making a smooth running of their business without the physical structure or offline presence.


How then do they achieved that?


They achieved that first and famous by transmutting their business from being offline to being online, thereby making it easy for their workers to work from home they refused to be lockdown upstairs, they adopt to change even though it was unforseen circumstances, they create alternative to the present situation. However, , on the other hand. Some organization that don't adopt to change remain lockdown thereby affecting their incomes individual and collectively as an organization.


What then I'm saying?


When situation become bad, entrepreneurs sees opportunities in such situations rather than seeing difficulties. They tend to see the positive side of everything even though they knew there's nothing good coming out of it. they make positive compromises with the hope it will yield something better.


How then will I join the success trend so that I won't be left behind?


Listen ! If You keep doing something that doesn't seems to be working all the time you will keep on getting thesame result all the time.

Is like you didn't heard me. Repeat those words again cause that's where your problem lies. Can't you see that all you do this days is to sleep, wake up, bath and chat on social media? The funniest thing is you keep dilving into savings for Data and recharge card and before you will know it poverty will knocked at your door like an unexpected visitor.


Why not try the other alternative of maximizing this lockdown since your not gaining anything from that same thing you keep doing?


Permit me at this point to say if you really want to make a living out of this lockdown then first start by adopting yourself to change. Join the trend of the present working technics. I mean transmutes your business from been offline to been online and by so doing you wil be working home and earning income.


Did I heard you said " but am only a fashion designer; a shop owner; a student; a corp member; a hair stylish ; a make up artist ; a musician ; a photographer ; a web designer ; a chef; a content creator; a writer etc. " whatever your your skills maybe.


I know you might have been stocked by this lockdow by now, and having access to your customers is now becoming a problem and is realy affecting your incomes. Know that Your stock simply because you choose it to be so and only you can choose to break your self free from this lockdown mentality. Transmutes from been an offline service provider to been online. Only then will you hardly be affected by this lockdown.
